Great experience from salesman online, phone and in person!

Staff is very helpful and friendly.. which is refreshing!! Have become very expensive for routine services.. cabin air filter $70.. feel its an up charge for convienence of someone else putying it in.. when at auto retailer it cost at most $35.. labor time less than 10 mins doesnt justify the price hike..

I purchased my 2018 Rav 4 in Middle TN. My first experience with Robinson Toyota was for service in response to the Check Engine light. Spencer and Anthony took great care of me. So grateful for their impeccable service!!!

They gave me all the details. They talked to me and explained everything to me and then at the end he Got my trip finder, etc., to work with my phone. I was very pleased.

This by far was the most professional and pleasant service I had experienced at a service center. Jonathan Morris took the time to explain my issues with my Rav 4 and being that I had to keep it overnight offered concierge to pick me up the next day after work. Corey was my shuttle driver. He was on time and got me back to my vehicle safely. It was a peaceful experience and I am forever customer.

Excellent experience at Robinson Toyota Rental, staff Nathan was professional and helpful, the rental vehicle was a Toyota Camry, car was clean, quiet and stable on the highway, this is a good fuel economy car, no hidden fees upon return, final bill matched initial quote, I recommend Robinson Toyota Rental!

I can’t say enough good things about the Toyota service team who helped my college daughter when she accidentally locked herself out of her car. We were hours away and feeling completely helpless—but they stepped in immediately and truly saved the day. Within just 10–15 minutes, they had cut a new key and personally delivered it to her. The speed alone was incredible, but what really stood out was the kindness and care they showed throughout the entire situation. Courtney was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, reassuring, and genuinely helpful during a stressful moment. Everyone involved went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was safe and taken care of. We are beyond grateful for their compassion and quick action. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

Vince Worley goes above and beyond to help. Everyone in the service department is very nice but Vince is just the best! The Wow experience is exactly what you get there.
